Built in updater not showing 12.0.4

Nextcloud version (12.0.3):
Operating system and version _(Ubuntu 16.04)
Apache or nginx version (Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)):
PHP version (PHP 7.0.22-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 ):
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error?: It has happened ever since 12.0.4 was released

Can you reliably replicate it? (If so, please outline steps): Yes, log into the admin panel, and view the check for updates section

The issue you are facing: I would like to update to 12.0.4 but cannot

I think there is something simple that I am missing. I tried to do full apt-get updates && upgrades

As always new updates are rolled out in waves and might therefore take a while until theyshow up in your admin panel.

At least for now, as not yet one month since release is over with christmas in between, I would expect this to be the reason.

But of course you can always manually update if you face a special issue that is solved with 12.0.4.
