Sometimes links are displayed correctly, blue underscored link text, more often raw source code is displayed.
Only the 2. one there is OK.
My NC version is AIO 10.0.0

Which version of text app are you using?
Which NC version is inside AIO 10.0.0?
btw. have you seen that your markdown on 1 and 2 is different? “{” is not “(”

AIO 10.0.0 is
Nextcloud 30.0.2
It seems links in AIO 10.0.0 sometimes display correctly as blue, underlined text, but often show as raw source code. This could be due to a formatting setting or content type issue. What I did was entering source code for link formatting, and THAT worked only sometimes. Whereas THIS does work:
- write the link text
- select it
- click on the formatting icon for link and
ENJOY!
