I made a small bug fix that was reviewed the next day by a reviewer, but then it’s been stuck for over a month without any further responses.

First, thank you for contributing the bug fix.
A perspective from a fellow contributor:
Everybody in the project is just really busy. There are more overall contributors than regular reviewers. Plus, the velocity of new contributors and overall contributions has picked up with increasing LLM augmentation. All thoughtfully generated PR submissions are appreciated.
Also, speaking empirically (and somewhat speculatively), when something has to give in terms of prioritizing or triaging the PR review queue just before a new major release (the upcoming v35 branch was just carved this week), bug fixes can – as odd as it sounds – wait a bit. This is because they can readily be backported once merged, whereas new features generally cannot be per stability policy.
