[Bug] Using IE11 dates are hidden for the second number when using pick list

When entering contacts or updating existing ones, the pick date function in IE 11 only shows the first digit.
The single digit days show correctly. This is only happening on IE11. Edge and
Firefox are fine.

Hi!
Does this also happens on other apps? Like calendar or in the file share sidebar section (share a file with another user and select the expire date option, you’ll see a datepicker)?

The date picker had the same problem when trying to share a file as well.
I guess this is a nextcloud 13 problem.
Where to go from here ?
