The issue you are facing:
Mobile Browser (Firefox) not logging in, just reloading page when attempted.

  1. Visit the instance’s domain on Mobile Firefox
  2. Attempt to log in
  3. tada

Unfortunately the provided information doesn’t allow to identify a root cause of your problem. Please use the support template and provide as much information about your enviornment, what you’ve already tested, what messages are logged etc., etc.

I am terribly sorry, this is an issue I’ve been having for weeks, but now (as soon as I decide to see if I can get any help with this, download the logs, etc) it suddently starts working.

I have no idea what might have caused this, but it appears to be working again…

This seems to be a little unreliable, it is now suddenly not working on either mobile Firefox or mobile Brave…

I get an error message like this every time I try to log in:

I’ve obscured some of the information that I don’t think is relevant (email, IP, domain, etc)

Does anyone know what might be causing this?
I can log in fine on my computer.

I’ve also tried logging in with an App-Password, but I just get an “Access denied CSRF check failed”
