Broken contacts warning

Hello
Every time I open the contacts app, I get the following popup message in the top right corner, for every contact:
“This contact was broken and received a fix. Please review the contact and click here to save it”
The contacts are OK, just this annoying message. Anyone else has seen this behavior? Screenshot%20at%202019-10-14%2011-55-27

The following issue ticket might give you more information about the message and how to fix it:

I don’t see other solution than fixing the contacts one by one in the ticket you mentioned. Did I miss something?
