I’m being warned that I need convert my database columns

According to NC docs, ‘occ’ needs to be run as the HTTP user.

I asked my webhoster about getting access to run the HTTP user and they said this:
The cloudlinux is based on CentOS. However, in our shared servers the apache is configured to execute as the cPanel user, in your case the user is (my main domain user).
We suggest you to contact a Nextcloud expert or a developer for further assistance.
Is it ok to run occ as the admin user?
