Steps to replicate it:

Receiving a notification in the android drawer has no useful content:

clicking on the notification fires up the default screen (All Files), then you need to pull the menu and select “notifications” manually.

In most cases it’s versions of server-side apps that need an update (my user is also admin), but never things like upload conflict resolutions and things needing my local attention, but sometimes I don’t even get that, just a blank list of notifications.
