So I’m planning on using Hetzner CPX11 server for my Nextcloud instance. Should I use Ubuntu 20.04 ot 18.04? I read that 20.04 is recommended, but just asking to be sure.
If I pick 20.04 will most guides on this forum still work?

Please check the official VM of Nextcloud which is based on Ubuntu 20.04

Ubuntu 20.04 is the current long-term support version and will work fine. Most guides written for 18.04 will have very few differences.
Nextcloud uses quite recent versions of php. So, I’d go with the latest LTS version.
