There are a couple of ready Images you can use, or there is a (several) script file in the how to Section. That will do all the steps for you.
If you are using a Raspberry, you can choose NextcloudPi, but if you have a lots of files, it is really slow, but they have also a version for berryboot and everything is running at the HDD
