My apologies, I do not. I notified the person that provided them to me when I took on the role. When I ended my participation, I let the person know, removed the credentials from KeepassXC and subsequently forgot everything, over time. This was 4 years, ago, afterall.
I would kick off password resets so the person in charge of the accounts would be notified. It may force them to ‘look into why’ a reset was requested, at least.
