Bash e2e decryption

Hello

I’ve 3 questions.

  1. I need to decrypt my files on the server, when i use e2e on my mobile phone.
    i see that i have public/private key at the location
    /var/www/html/nextcloud/data/appdata_oc4i8mbig8yo/end_to_end_encryption
    and 12 words password when i enabled it on the folder
    What commend should i use?

  2. whether the windows application will support e2e?

  3. can i share the same e2e folder between 2 users?
