Bad Healthcheck status when activate the community server

Hello !
I guess this issue has already been spotted but nothing I found helped me

I used to work with a self installed Community Server on a Windows Server VM, which works perfectly (BUT I have to run a VM specially for it…)

I tried to install the brand new community server to replace the external one, but when I click on Save the settings, I get a “Bad healthcheck status” when using https://my.domain.tld/apps/documentserver_community/.

What did I missed ?

I had a similar issue that no url worked until I’ve noticed that one of the apps
“Community Document Server” or
“ONLYOFFICE”
were disabled for unknown reason. After enabling them the URL worked again.
I’m using the same URL than the one you mentioned.
