I have a hosted third party nextcloud with 50+ accounts. Are there any thirdparty tools to perform a backup?

Acronis is may an option. Quick and Dirty fullbackup of the hole machine.
Hosted or shared hosting?
Depends: you can run your own Acronis server to manage backups or you can buy the service from third party e.g webtropia
Webtropia may sell it under an another name but under the hood is definitly running Acronis.
for selfhosting you only need an linux server. Specs can be find here: acronis
But please mind selfhosting in this metter is more for expert users.
