How I can backup my computer to nextcloud?
I downloaded Client but it can sync certain folder.

Unfortunately you’ve decided to ignore the issue template and didn’t provide any valuable information which could be use to provide advice. Provide detailed information about your environment, including software and OC version, the content of the log files and what you did in detail etc., etc.
