I try an Automatique update from 25.0.1 to 25.0.4 but it stop here
Any idea ?
My drive is not full (only 53%)

The log should be in an “update_jibberish” folder under the data folder of your installation.
I had the same problem, then I remembered that a month ago I tried a change in the config.php file. However, I forgot that I saved the original configuration in a config.php.old file in the original directory.
That was the source of the error.
Nextcloud is particularly sensitive if you have unknown files anywhere in the application subtree. Last time it happened was several years ago and I remember the updater told me about which particular file was causing the problem, but I guess it’s different now.
Just delete any file that does not belong to Nextcloud, that you might have created by hand.
If you haven’t created any, than your problem is something else.
