Hello,

is there any way to automate the movement of a shared folder into a specific location?

Just an example about what I try to achieve:

  • User A shares some folders with user C.

  • User B shares some folders with user C.

  • User C wants to move all the folders shared by User A into /A_directory

  • User C wants to move all the folders shared by User B into /B_directory

Is there any way to automate this please? I reviewed the flows but found nothing at all.

I think this is a more a user based issue. Every user can set ONE default folder for shares. I think that is normally ok. Have you ask your users for more folders?

I have seen that it is something we can customize for the default folder, but what I would like to achieve is a bit different, kind of a default folder for whatever is shared per each user (the one who shares, not who the folder is shared to).

Does anyone have any idea?
