Hi, I was hoping to use autoupload to sync my obsidian vault from mobile to desktop. But even though I have chosen the folder for the auto upload there is only images being uploaded, but not the other bits.
Is there no good solution for a proper sync of a folder + subfolders with Nextcloud? I was really hoping this could work…
It’s a fresh Nextcloud Server install from yesterday and Nextcould mobile running on Android 14.
Any hints how to solve this much appreciated.

I don’t know how the obsidian vault works but I understood that a vault is usually stored in a directory because it doesn’t consist of just one file. Therefore using the Nextcloud app to keep files in sync without manual interaction might be the wrong way to go.
You should check if you can configure your obsidian vault to use a remote vault by default by installing a WebDAV plugin or you can use FolderSync to sync it from and to your server.
I’m having the same issue, with Nextcloud 3.13.3 for Android.
I’m setting up an auto-upload folder but the local contents are not being uploaded to my NC folder.
Any hints?

Nextcloud 3.31.4 is available for Android. Try it.
I’m afraid the newer version doesn’t resolve the issue
