Auto upload filename - number at end

I just setup Nextcloud and so far so good!
I have the iOS client and Iā€™m trying to setup the auto upload to work like my previous cloud service. I am trying to have the filenames be just YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.jpg.

The client seems to add a filenumber to the end of the filename. For example, instead of:
2019-10-09 05.40.13.jpg

It uploads this:
2019-10-09 05.40.132410.jpg

How can I turn off the additional numbers at the end?

Still looking for guidance here.
So far, the extra numbers at the end are not posing an issue, but Iā€™d rather they not be there like all of the other pix I have.
