Users status are updated following the profile availability. It works very well in one way : putting the status to “Do not disturb”. Is it supposed to be reverted automatically to “Online” when we are available again according to the profile availability ranges ?
It seems that it works sometimes in this other way. But since a couple of weeks, maybe since v27.0.0, it seems to never works in this way. We fall in “Do not disturb” status and never come online again.
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): N
Steps to replicate it:
- Define availability in user profile
- See your status change when you’re gone according to availabilty
- Wait for your status revert when you come back to office.
