Auto-discard notifications after a certain time

Merry christmas everyone,
I have a long lasting annoying problem with my Nextcloud notifications.
Whenever a event in my calendar passes and i don’t explicitly discard it, it stays forever in my notifications, which looks like this, after a few weeks:

This is super annoying on the web app itself, but even worse with the Nextcloud desktop sync app, which makes the outdated notifications appear as normal desktop notifications again and again.

So my question is: Is there some way to “auto-discard” the notifications after like 1 day or so?

As far as I know - no.
But it is a good idea, maybe you want to make a feature request at github.com/nextcloud/server ? (But search first if this idea is already there)
