Authorization callback URL

Hello,
I’ve set up a GitHub OAuth application for githubmergetracker. What I couldn’t find in the documentation, is an “Authorization callback URL” needed for the OAuth app? And if so, what do I have to enter in that field?

Can we have an how-to in the goal to configure the following two configuration flags in the config.php file:

github.client_id
github.client_secret

And how to have to a valid data from https://github.com/settings/developers, please ?
