Existing apps are not automatically compatible with the new version (33). Many apps are developed by community users working on the apps in their free time.
If you have time and want to help out, you can enable an app by clicking enable manually in the app overview (as an admin) in order to test it. Please leave feedback on the bug tracker of an app if your test was successful (for follow-ups, leave a ) or leave a report with the errors you encountered.
Here is an auto-generated list of apps that were compatible with previous versions of Nextcloud. This list is continuously updated:
@tflidd Quick question: Most of the apps I maintain are in the list except for DAV Push - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud . Not a big deal or anything, just wondering how that happened. How is this list generated?
Ooops, duh, was expecting the row to go after compatibility is added, but removing it from the list as it is not longer incompatible makes so much more sense
There have been a few question, so we changed it a bit that you get the along with the latest version number. The list is longer, but you don’t have to check if the app is not on the list or if you have missed it.
So there is no new version. We just check the apps and version available on the app store, we do not know which one was integrated in the core. People rather come here when an app is missing, and in case they go through the list and go to the bug tracker, it should be clear there that the app is now part of the core.
Very nice change, thanks! It makes it clearer because before it was hard to know if something was missing because it was compatible or because it was omitted by mistake
occweb for example is working fine on four different installations since 32.0.2 till the actual version. No advices in the nextcloud logs as far as I can see.
