Apps: eternal doc loading (android), repeating popup on ios

I have two issues regarding the app and documents.

Android app: Eternal loading when clicking a .odt file. Samsung S10. Works fine on ios app.

iOS app on ipad: when opening a .odt file, every time, “welcome movie clip” which ends up with information about “nextcloud on all your devices” pops up. Does not happen on Android. Same user account.

Did an install of NC AIO docker yesterday, my first. All default parameters. Got up and running in a breeze.

Ran on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS yesterday. Upgraded to 22.04 LTS today, no change. Hardware is Pi4 with 4GB memory. 500GB nvme USB drive, also used for boot.

Nextcloud version: AIO docker 27.1.5
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on Pi4
Apache or nginx version: 2.4.58
PHP version : 8.1.27

From Apache log, new identical entry comes every 5-10 seconds.

hi @Homehoster welcome to the forum :handshake:

Please use the search - lot of issues have been discussed already.

Please don’t mix multiple issues in one topic - it makes the problem harder to understand an solve. One one topic per issue and link them together if required.

Regarding android problem such issue discussed shortly -seems to be a regression in last app version…
For IoS I can’t say but sounds strange…
