Nextcloud version: 19.0.3
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04):
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25):
PHP version (eg, 7.1):

The issue you are facing: Apps at the top of screen are in unusual order, and activity tab isn’t first, so it doesn’t load when user come to Nc. It seems to me that I saw a setting or arrangement option in UI (admin?) to choose tabs ordering, but couldn’t find it when I need it. And docs didn’t help either. Steps to replicate it:

The output of your Apache/nginx/system log in /var/log/____:
