App Store timeout, Terminal call funktioniert

ConnectException cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 76567 milliseconds with 7334602 out of 9158200 bytes received (see libcurl - Error Codes ) for https://apps.nextcloud.com/api/v1/apps.json

Wenn ich im Terminal “curl https://apps.nextcloud.com/api/v1/apps.json” ausführe, bekomme ich unter einer Sekunde eine Antwort.

Nextcloud ist hinter einem Apache2 mit Lets Encrypt Certficicate. Enforce HTTPS ist im NCP-Admin nicht an. Automatiasche App Updates funktionieren.

Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich Nextcloud die Verbindung zum App Store ermöglichen kann?
