App password - authentication failed

Hi,
I’m trying to create a new app password, but I’m getting this window:


I am 100% sure that I’m entering the correct password, yet I keep getting an “incorrect password” error. :frowning: Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

Do You enter the normal Password for the user?
This is what is asked here.

Yes, the normal password - the same I used 10 second before when I login into account (with 2FA).
