"App is not enabled" when opening apps or admin

Hi,

just upgraded to NC11. At first things worked but suddenly I cannot open “Apps” or “Administration” anymore. It shows me “access denied” and “App is not enabled”. Rest seems to work.

Your URL seems to be wrong. After login, can you try to set the address manually:
https://yourserver.com/nextcloud/index.php/settings/apps

Do you have terminal access to run the occ-command? You could try to finish the upgrade (occ upgrade) and also to check the code-integrity. What environment are you using?

No that was not it. Upgrade was long finished. I tried several times with occ as well. Only a reinstall helped… Thanks!
