APP installieren (ohne APP-Store)

Guten Abend,
ich bin Neuling in Sachen Nextcloud.

Ich habe Nextcloud installiert und soweit läuft alles.
Ich möchte 2FA installieren, aber der APP-Store funktioniert seit Wochen nicht.
Die APP-Datei habe ich vorliegen. Wie installiere ich die APP (twofactor_totp.tar.gz) via FTP in welches Verzeichnis?

Ich habe Nextcloud Version 20.0.8

Unzip the file and put it in the Apps folder under the root directory of NextCloud，Then log in to NextCloud to enable this feature in your application
