Followed this information

installation no problem,
but soon got some Problem

# freshclam
ERROR: Failed to lock the log file /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log: Resource temporarily unavailable
ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log).
ERROR: initialize: libfreshclam init failed.
ERROR: Initialization error!

# systemctl enable clamd@scan.service
Failed to enable unit: Unit file clamd@scan.service does not exist.

# systemctl start clamd@scan.service
Failed to start clamd@scan.service: Unit clamd@scan.service not found.
