Android Smartphone APP don´t work since DEZ 2023

Since Dezember 2023 Users with Android Smartphones, can´t work with data in Nextcloud. Login is no problem. But ift you open an existing file, you can´t read or work on it. It´s just loading and loading and nothing happens … .

What can we do?

So it is just with the android app, other smartphones, destkop client and web interface are working?

What version are you using? Any hints in the log files? If they cannot read, what are the errors on the webserver, permission? Timeouts, …?

But ift you open an existing file, you can´t read or work on it.

What type of files? Nextcloud Office? If so and if you’re using v3.27.0, the fix will be in v3.27.1.
