What about the Android app ownCloud?

It made a really good progress last time.

Who owns it? Will it work with Nextcloud?

Hi @hustenfrei,
The android app is also under an OSS license so we’re planning to also release a Nextcloud Android app which will be based on one of the latest releases 2.0+
Initially the app will probably be compatible with ownCloud but since both project will implement different features in the future so the (to be released) Android app won’t be compatible with ownCloud at some point.
