Always First Run wizard for specific user

I just installed NextCloud Nextcloud Hub 10 (31.0.3)

I created a user ‘guest’

Is it possible to have the First run wizard run every time when the user ‘guest’ logs in?
I am distributing the ‘guest’ account among people I trust to show them NextCloud and I would love to show them the First Run Wizard.

I found this thread but how can I make this happen automatically?
