Summary of the issue you are facing:
Since this morning, in the Files app, most of the shared folders via the GroupFolders app show the message “No files here” even though the “Size” column clearly indicates that there are files in them.
The same thing happens in the “Team folders” app settings; the “Quotas” column clearly shows that the folders are not empty.
The Nextcloud desktop app also emptied the affected folders on my computer.
However, if I access a file directly via a shared link, I can open it.
Similarly, if I access a subfolder via a link, I can open it.
It’s just the root folder that displays as empty when accessed through the web file explorer (via a web browser) and the folder synchronized on my PC. And this happens for all users.
However, the modification date is incorrect. For example, one of the folders that shows “No files here” was updated yesterday, but the interface displays “465.2 MB” and “February 20” (whereas it was actually modified yesterday).
Could anyone help me resolve this issue?
I remember running two app updates last night, but I can’t remember which ones exactly. At least “Contacts” was one of them. And I can’t make sense of the logs; there’s so much information that I can’t decipher it.
In “Active apps > Team folders,” I see that I have version 19.1.4. On GitHub, it mentions that version 20.0.0 is available, but it’s not offered as an update in Nextcloud.
I’m wondering if manually updating might worsen the problem.
Thank you for your attention and for your help in advance,
C.
