Hello, on our current system (MS Teams) , guests can participate with link but need first to be “approved” by conversation moderators (until then, they are placed in a “waiting room”).
This avoids having to use passwords for guest links.
I wonder if this set up is possible for NC Talk as well (I know you can get guests, but my question is specific to have guests with moderator approval).
In the settings there is a “Lobby” option and if activated it works as expected.
Just takes a bit of seconds from guest logging in to it appearing in the NC participants chat, and then from admission to the chat to the actual display of the chat for the guest, but it works.
