Thank you so much guys, I hope in next version the updatenotification App will be enabled.
As stated, the AIO handles update notifications on its own (it does not use that app). What message, specifically, are your users seeing? The only time AIO notifies all users is if the container is really outdated. Otherwise only those in the admin group are notified.

Which one? There are several. Please provide the actual notification message. Some go to everyone. Help us help you by providing the necessary context.

From the sounds of it, you’re likely getting the “AIO is outdated”. That means the images are very outdated. Follow the update instructions and problem solved.
