Summary of the issue you are facing:
I am asking why there is a trusted domain for 108.172.94.103 which looking up via whois shows its an Akamai IP Address. I dont remember adding this trusted domain - so is this part of the default installation for Next Cloud Pi, or have I added is somehow, or has something else added it ? Do I need it ?
Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

Go to a Raspberry Pi Installation and log in as ncp, and look at the NextCloud Configuration (Wheel Icon at top of web portal)

Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response
