I have a use case for an air gapped collaboration of spread sheet. 3 - 10 users accessing a spreadsheet in real-time making edits that is completely walled off from the internet. Next Cloud paired w/ only office seems like a natural fit. However, it has proven elusive to me to get setup and running. Has anyone else achieved success w/ this?

no idea about OnlyOffice - I have the feeling Collabora is getting dominint - likely due to limitations inside of OnlyOffice. But the integration is almost the same - you need “valid” DNS and TLS certificates known to each component and you can run an air-gapped system. But building such system is pretty complicated you need deep technical knowledge to create and deploy own certificates to each system.
