Hello,
I am curious about making the new AI apps working on my Nextcloud AIO installation. I see that the undertaking of getting, for example, the Nextcloud help AI agent app working is a number of steps, and I’m wondering if I should wait a bit before diving into it.
The documentation seems to be saying that the AIO for Nextcloud v32 comes with a built-in AppAPI daemon, but I see that my version is presently v31. I notice that my AIO page seems to lack the particular daemon add-on, “HARP”. And, all the documentation is saying that this is the way to go for convenience.
So if I wait until the release of 32 AIO, can I expect the HARP feature to appear as an alternative to the Docker socket proxy, and thus, I can expect less hassle for myself in setting it all up? Are we expecting the AIO to upgrade soon?
If I am feeling impatient and want to start administering the AI applications now before the upgrade, is it worth browsing through the docs to find a way to set it up with the docker socket appApi daemon? This is all new to me, but I figured out how to get Nextcloud running on my little OMV fileserver in the closet at home, so I suppose I can also figure out how to get the rest of this neat stuff working.
