Which general topic do you have
I’m looking for a way to manage contracts digitally. It would be much easier for new customers to sign contracts (e.g., terms and conditions) digitally. Perhaps this idea will inspire someone. It could lead to a really cool Nextcloud plugin:
The “Contracts” app offers a simple overview and the ability to create categories and contract entries. A new contract entry is displayed with the status “Not Signed.” The user can add an email address, a subject, and text, and send the entry to a specific email address. When checking their emails, the customer finds the contract details and a confirmation link. As soon as the customer clicks the confirmation link, the entry’s status changes to “Signed.” As simple as subscribing to a newsletter, but more important.
I think this would be a really great and valuable development that many people could benefit from.
