Summary of the issue you are facing:
After updating to NC30, groupfolder advanced permission panel refreshes after every change. This is in the details pane on the right for any folder. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but makes making changes a lot more tedious.
Once a change is made it goes to this for a second or so
and then you have to find your place again to make another change.
Before there was no refreshing of this panel, you could make all the changes and your place on this panel would not move.
