I have updated from NC 19.0.4 to NC 20.0.2. Then, “Log” menu disappeared in the setting menu.
Logs are recorded in the log file on the server. When I search for “log” in the settings menu, I’m forced to log out.
Please tell me how to display the log menu item.
I would recommend to check if the Log reader app has been disable during the update.
Thank you. I found the cause. I don’t know why, but some applications, including the logreader app, were removed from the server. I was able to solve it by reinstalling the app.
