After update to Nextcloud 18.05 from 18.04 OnlyOffice stops working

Update runs smoothly. After tryung to use OnlyOffice with an existing file errormessage
“ONLYOFFICE ist zurzeit nicht erreichbar. Bitte wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator”

Tried to reinstall OnlyOffice Connector and DocumentServer Community. No success. What can i do?

After an update to documentserver_community 0.1.6 the sytem trhrows a new error:

It is a bit in the same direction as before, but another “libgraphics.so” . Any hints for a newbee??

I’m on a shared hosting webserver. Direct download of the documentserver_community is impossible because of this error:
Error PHP Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 314315496 bytes) at /home/webpages/lima-city/fato18/sites/nextcloud/lib/private/Installer.php#285.
No possibility to change php.ini.

I tried also to set up a Nexcloud 19 fresh install on the webhosting space with OnlyOffice documentserver. Error is now:

Es ist ein Fehler bei der Anfrage aufgetreten. Es kann nicht fortgefahren werden.

I contacted my provider as i’m on a shared host. The answer was enlightening: “Wir haben ein Betriebssystem-Update eingespielt und es gibt dabei einige subtile Unterschiede in AppArmor-Policies. In dem Fall war mmap in der vorherigen AppArmor-Version mit dem read+execute-Bit erlaubt, jetzt nicht mehr, sondern muss separat freigegeben werden. Das hatten wir auch für die “normalen” ausführbaren Dateien gemacht, aber nicht für Bibliotheken die in Verzeichnissen auf dem Webspace liegen.” In english: “We have installed an operating system update and there are some subtle differences in AppArmor policies. In this case, mmap was allowed in the previous AppArmor version with the read + execute bit, now no longer, but must be released separately. We also did this for the “normal” executable files, but not for libraries that are located in directories on the web space.”
