After upd NC 10 to 11 my calendar and contacts are deactivated

After update NC 10.0.1 to 11.0.1 my contact and calendar apps are deactivated.

How can I get back my calendar and contacts?
Only activate the app again?

I activate both.

Calendar is working fine.
But all my contacts are gone. Any tip how to get my contacts back?

Try to disable and enable the contacts app again? There was a Contacts app update too, perhaps the update will get them back

Otherwise if you use CardDAV, maybe a phone of yours or computer has the list that you could create a vcf file (or whatever the CardDAV file is) from one of those devices and upload it back to your server
