After install bbb (internal server error)

Hi,
I install nextcloud in my centos 7 on working web server. but when i install BigblueButton from apps in install perfectly. when i create a room then i go to that link its given internal serve error.

I experienced the same issue. Followed the readme but get a message in the logs that says can’t resolve https://domainname.comapi. Desperately trying to resolve but stomped.

You probably have no BBB instance, or didn’t configure it probably. See https://github.com/sualko/cloud_bbb for install instructions.

If .comapi is really in your log you probably have a mistake in your api url.

I used those instructions when I first installed the app. I used the same url and secret to integrate with rocketchat and it works so I am not sure why it can’t resolve the url. I have tried different variations to see: https://domainname.com/ or https://domainname.com/b/ or https://domainname.com/bigbluebutton/ …so desperate to get it going :disappointed:

You have to use the value from sudo bbb-conf --secret. Nothing else will work. Also watch for trailing spaces and stuff like this, because the url is taken as it is.

This command is not working sudo bbb-conf --secret i also search for bbb-conf on all folder in apps/bbb there was no any type of this command.
Command not found…
Pls reply asap…

This app requires an external BBB instance which you obvious don’t have and you would have known that if you read the readme.

Just as a notice: To scramble people who are working on a project in there free time is often considered as rude.

Hi Sualko, I got it working. It was the URL that caused the issue. I have BBB integrated with rocketchat and copied the URL from that app to NC. However this is the url that worked in NC for me: https://domainname/bigbluebutton/

Having problems downloading and installing it…

EDIT:
And now it worked… Different computer, same browser/OS…

But for some reason the created room does not show up under the admin account on the BBB server.
