The issue you are facing:
I am using the docker AIO Nextcloud.
After files have been copied directly in the file system to the user’s “Files” folder, they are not displayed in the web interface even after an occ files:scan user. Although the occ scan output summary confirms the number of folders and files found.
This worked exactly the same way for two users, but it didn’t work for two others.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Copy files to “Nextcloud-Path”/username/files/username
  2. Run occ files:scan --all or occ files:scan user
  3. The data can be seen in the web interface for two users, but not for two another users.

Sorry, can you describe in more detail where I can find these logs in the AIO Docker? At the moment I haven’t noticed any error messages anywhere. The output from the occ scan is also successful.

I have now solved my problem by laboriously uploading all the data to the site. Nevertheless, it remains very strange that the data was not visible for 2 users but was visible for 2 others.
