Administrator shared nextcloud data via web but didn't have a local folder on Desktop

A company administrator has shared nextcloud data via website but i did not have a local folder to open files locally and neither have an icon of next cloud on taskbar (in show hidden icons). OS is Window 10 H2 Version.

What should I do?

You can login on the webinterface and access the data?

And you want to make it work with the sync client on the desktop I suppose? Debugging client problems, the logfiles help a lot:

Will this way also work with Win 10?

It should also synchronized shared folders. I’d check first on the webinterface, if it isn’t working there you don’t have to bother with the client.
