Administrajtor [Overview Tab] issue

I was trying to see what error I may have in the Overview tab in the Administrator section. I click on Overview and got this error message. See attachment.

I am in the process of learning code, I am sure it just a coding issue but I could be wrong.

This is what I got from the log file:

That looks like an error in the php code. Unfortunately I have no clue how this is exactly caused.
But I found a similar (unanswered) post which refers to an external storage issue. I hope this will
help you finding the root cause of the problem:
