Admin Group - Create Group Folders

Hi, I have Nextcloud 19 installed in Debian. Everything works correctly, my doubt is about the possibilities of the group administrator.

I have installed Group Folders. The group administrator (not admin in nextcloud) can create new users but cannot create new folders into the group with different permissions for the group users. Is it possible to give more privileges to the group administrator?

The idea is to have an administrator with less permissions than the superadmin.

I answer to myself, the group administrator can create folders and share them with the users he wants by assigning creation, modification or deletion permissions.
