For my new app I wanted to use transifex to make it easier to let people translate the software into their language, like the Nextcloud docs suggest
But after account creation it says now „14 days trial“
How can I avoid these extra costs that will be upcoming after the 14 days? How do other Nextcloud app devs tackle these costs?

Hey,
the NC company has a paid subscription. You can join that with your app and use their translator community as well. You best read the documentation, there are the steps described.
In case of doubt, just write!

Thx @christianlupus - I read the docs already but there was only documented how to setup the Nextcloud bot - how do I get access to the transifex account in the end? Is this happening in the process of allowing the Nextcloud bot?

There are 2 parts:
The transifex bot is nothing more than a cron job triggered by the NC company that syncs your local code base with the transifex account of the nextcloud. That way, any translator of the NC can work for your app. You will get nightly commits with the latest translations pushed by the bot.
If you want to translate manually, you need to join the NC translation team. I am not sure anymore, what the exact step were. In the worst case, you will have to ask e.g. @ rakekniven on how to join the project.

There is no Transifex bot. There is a nextcloud bot which is reading your strings from your repo and syncs them to Transifex. As soon as there are translations the nextcloud bot is writing translation files to your repo. Therefor you need to grant permissions to the nextcloud bot.
From my understanding a manually translation means you modify js and json files and commit to your repo. Unfortunately, this way you will never be able to benefit from the great strength of the translators, who currently number 3.5k people.
@rakekniven Thx for the clarification, I understood the concept of the bot already. I just didn’t understand how I can access “my” transifex project then thats auto created by the bot.
Do I need to get invited from your side? Where should I send my account mail address to? Or will it just appear under Nextcloud localization | Transifex in the end and joining the Nextcloud project on transifex is enough? This part is somehow missing in the docs or I did not find it ^^
And if joining the Nextcloud project is enough - am I automatically reviewer of the German translations for my app for example or how does this work in the end?
The last step for you in installing the boot is opening an issue. This will hand over the tasks to the nextcloud admins and they will register your app with the sync job. After this is initially done, the sync will make the project appear.
So, if you can join the nextcloud project, that should be enough.
You are not reviewer for a single app. Instead, the reviewer are global within the nextcloud project. The idea is that we devs do not necessarily handle the translations. Otherwise, you would have to review not only German but Italian, French, Belgian, Esperanto, Chinese etc as well. 
PS: sorry for the wrong wording of the transifex bot. I thought I had read that term anywhere and this is my personal naming for it. Sorry if that caused misunderstandings.
At Transifex there is an organisation called “Nextcloud”. You already found it as you mentioned a link to it.
Below this organisation there is a project called “Nextcloud” 
.
This contains the server, clients, many more and all the apps.
Your app will be a resource.

You are now part of both german teams (formal and informal) as a translator.

You will be an translator. Reviewer group is another group. You have to contribute some time before you can become a reviewer. The role always applies to the language team; it is not possible to be a reviewer for only one resource at Tx.
You will be surprised by the speed and quality of the translations.
